    The whole idea of an IQ test is to assess how intelligent you are with the use of questions presented on paper to you. It can measure your capability of figuring out solutions to issues/problems posed to you on paper. Your intelligence will be gauged with regards to other persons. It's a universally used way of assessing human intelligence. The IQ score of human on average is 100. If you can get 136 in a widely accepted IQ test, that means you are much more intelligent in comparison to a normal/average person. If you score below 100, this means your intelligence is lower than a normal/average person. However, IQ tests cannot assess how well you can perform as a leader. It cannot assess your EQ (emotional quotient) or how well you can get along with others including peers, co-workers and superiors. Therefore an IQ test score isn't the only factor to determine the overall intelligence.
