      I'm not too bothered with the iConomy now that Im using BOSEconomy, however Im trying to install like a clan/faction plugin. I've done so with both the clan/faction plugins but even I, the owner, apparently doesn't have permission to use the create command.

      I dont have the permissions plugin because of what it does when I plant blocks. Its annoying.
