Could you update BarterSign? I think that's a essential plugin for me . It's the only plugin with some sort of barter function.And hopefully I can see it update for 1.2.4 soon!

This guy is already working with a gui to interface with plug-in xml files to edit and configure the plug-ins. but it doesn't run a server. thought you might want to look at it for learning java and helping with linking your gui to control plug-ins. http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/admn-multi-plugin-config-gui-v1-1-1-7-a-way-to-configure-your-plugins.11283/
