Herocraft Coding

Quick Question... Is there any way to make it so the user clicks a sign, and their prefix changes with the profession/skill they click? And is it possible to make this plugin effective in 1 world... Ex). 1 RPG world, and 1 Survival world (Survival not using hero craft)?
