Starting up server, need advice

I plan on making a lagre Minecraft server in the United States, but I need some advice. I plan to hire around 20 GB ram total.

What do you need advice on?

 

Have you any advice about how the server should work? Should I have this classic modes or try something else?

 

Sorry I don't have any advice for you, I just wanted to clear up the question for everyone, also what do you mean with classic modes?

 

My advice:

Start small or you will waste your money. If you really want to start with 7 servers, cap the overall player slot limit to 30. Also do something that will make your server unique. Like a new gametype or minigame.
