noip.com offer free redirection service and they have lots of subdomains to choose from.

If you have a domain name, you should go into SRV records - that's how to do it.

Onzonekid101 When you set up an address with no-ip you give people that. no-ip redirect that to the IP address that you set entered, keeping the IP of your sever private.
It's fairly straight forward on that site.

Thanks guys for the info but Tha still doesn't answer my question. I want a fully customizable hostname without the subdomain like .dnsd.org or .serverme.net i want it to be fully customizable and free... if not than cheap can someone give me a link (free being priority :))

You won't get that for free, however they all require a static IP - something you most likely don't have at your home.
(And something your propably don't want at your home)

    1) Get a no-ip subdomain.
    2) Setup your no-ip to your home IP
    3) Get the no-ip auto updater software on your home server.
    4) Buy a real domain ($10 USD/year)
    5) Point a CNAME record to your no-ip subdomain.
    6) ???
    7) Profit! \o/

BillyGalbreath I have a better solution.
    1. Buy a domain (or get one free from dot.tk)
    2. Register at CloudFlare and create your domain on it
    3. Configure the DNS records to point to CloudFlare
    4. Go to CloudFlare and add a SRV record pointing to your server's IP
    5. ???
    6. And only then, Profit!
