24/7 bukkit server

    So, I have my bukkit server and is it possible to make it 24/7 with my pc off so like NOT on sleep or lock mode i mean SHUT DOWN?? And how do server hosts of it???

    Are you asking whether you can host a server on a computer that's turned off?

    That's impossible.

    pkadog500 Server hosts do it by having a server that's always online. That's how it works. If you would like to have a server without having your computer on all the time, you'll have to get a host.

    You could set up a Virtual Machine on your PC, or dual boot. You can shut down one operating system and keep the other one online.
    If you concern is using electricity, sorry. Only way is a host. I can recommend http://minecrafted.net for a cheap and decent host.
