Sorry I never got back to you!!! I use bukkitDev a lot more to check messages/questions that people have!
If you look now, there have been a ton of new updates (assuming you don't know this). The plugin MAY have worked with the 1.2.4 server, but I never checked it so...

And the animals/players burning after turning everything off was a glitch that was fixed back in version 1.4.6 (in 1.6.1 now, which added a protective armor system!)

Hope that answers everything. If you ever want to ask me something, it would be much more convenient if you use the message board on the plugin page, but I will try to check back here sometimes as well!

Oh, nice, I didn't notice that.
Also, is there a way to make it so that it doesn't automatically turn on every time I restart the server? I only want SunBurn to be on sporadically, but in the past I've simply had to reinstall and uninstall the plugin every time I wanted to turn it on or off reliably.
(Actually, that'd be another cool feature: Have the plugin activate at random intervals with probabilities and max/min frequencies defined in the config, so that I as admin don't have to manually decide when it should be on and off.)



Also, are the other two plugins I requested an update for (Mobrider and Pigasus) being worked on soon?

You can turn the plugin on/off just by typing /burn. Check http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/sunburn-reborn/ for a full list of commands and features. I don't know about probability. Depends on if others want it as well.

Yes. There is now a config file, and your setting are saved to it every time you shut down your server, so if you turn sunburn off, and turn off the server, next time you turn the server back on, sunburn will still be off.

you can also turn off player burn and animal burn individually. I'm pretty sure this is all explained on the plugin page, bur I don't mind helping you out! if you have any other questions consider pm-ing me? (if that is possible on these forums) so we can keep the clutter down on this thread...

Er... but Pigasus has NOT been updated officially (I checked the thread), and the jar file linked to on the spreadsheet does not work. It generated the config file, but I attempted to make my pig fly with a feather (the default wand) and it did not work .

Please Do ModRepllent it works but it has a spam in the console and crashes the server.

If someone could help. It works sometimes but also gives out nulls and many errors and "Could not pass player event" Errors and sometimes just wont work on boot. Im hoping someone can get this fully updated and working.
