SignMessage is a bukkit plugin that replaces the purpose of those massive sign walls you see on most servers today. The first time you run your server with SignMessage installed It will create a file called config.yml under "/plugins/SignMessage/" in the config file you can set what message the player gets when they right click the sign. We now support 3 languages English, French and Spanish If you believe we should include some more languages send me a PM suggesting what languages you would like supported!
Also feel free to PM me some more ideas for the plugin if you wish.

In the next update I would like to include some more languages and a [Ranks] Sign!

Oh that's cool ! I would like to use it with my MC community.
Is it possible to translate it ? We speak french so maybe if you give me the sourcecode I can edit it or you can maybe do a config with something like that rulesTitle = "[Rules]" and so on like that we can easily change it.

Gawdzahh, try to make it check if it says "Rules" in a bunch of different languages. Then have a supported languages txt that shows each one for different languages.

Currently working on that suggestion... Should be done soon!

Do you mean as in changing the color of the signs text when you create one?

I mean what appears when you right-click a sign.
Also, can you make a [Ranks] sign feature please?

Edit your thread title according to the plugin submission guidelines; you're missing a short description and the RB. Also, will you be posting the source code somewhere? I'd like to see how you implemented different languages

I was thinking about doing the source code, I might think about it later.
They way I used different languages was actually really easy, I just gave a If statement with event.getLine(0).contains("[Help] then set the string signname = Help, Then with a else if statement if the line was another language then set the string signname = Aide, which is french in another language.

Here is a quick idea:

On my server I like to have a list of; Mods, Admins, and so on.

I think it would be great to have one that links with my permissions (PermissionsEx), and displays the players in those groups. Hopefully you can get this in! So far the plugin looks promising!

Good idea man, Not sure if its possible to get the list of players in a group but i can give it a try... Also im working on a Ranks sign, thinking about taking out multiple languages also in a new update and giving more time to ideas like this.

Can you add changing the colors? I would like to have Rules red for example.... And the other blue for Information....

Sure I will see what I can do, I dont want it to allow them to change it too much like the names of the signs but I will see what I can do for the colors.

Why not edit the names? That would be my 2nd question Cause i wanted to have more Information and Help Signs.... And a new name called Event in green...

OK, this isn't a game impacting bug, its just an annoying visual one.

After creating a sign, the top line shifts to the left. So it becomes "un-centered". Me being picky about things like this (OCD), it kinda drives me nuts . I'm really hoping that you can fix this, but its not a serious issue..... yet

I know nothing (yet) about this stuff, and I know this may sound dumb... but could the plugin be generating spaces, or invisible characters? Is there anything you add to the sign when you change the color of it, or alter anything else on it?

I could just add a space to the word because it moves to the left.

When you type a § on a sign or in a texture pack's pack.txt, Minecraft sees the § and counts it as an extra character. To re-center the text on a sign u must put x amount of spaces for x amount of §'s eg. " [§1Info§0]" to make [Info]
