[ADMN/CHAT] MyMOTD 1.2 - A custom "advanced" welcome/message of the day! [1000]

MyMOTD​

Its a plugin where each user gets your custom MOTD on login!​

Just set it in plugins\MyMOTD\config.properties.​

Default config file:​

&n = new line!​

it supports colours!​

like Dark Red = &4​

%name is the name of the player. like "Welcome %name to the server!"​

%players is the list of all players online. like "Welcome %name! Current online: %players"​

%ip is the players ip.​

%count = player count​

%rules = rules in properties.​

I would really liked to see some screen shots on the motd with custom things not so normal like: Welcome to our server read the rules players online:1/50 those are boring.. But I kind of like this motd plugin. Nice work I will probally use this on my server when I get into my computer... I am on my iTouch right now. Keep the development (is that spelled right? I am Swedish...) up.

 

Or you could use MCDocs..

Yup, essentials MOTD has the [PLAYERLIST} and [PLAYER] too.

 

But MCDocs is by far the most awesome

Nothing! thats wierd.

 

And one other thing is that. When i installed your plugin. It says when i login:
Asacole an Asacole logged in. ? weird i say. My IGN is Asacole

Delete config NOT THE FILE! just everything inside it. Then let it reload.

 

Lol also you should update to the latest version of craftbukkit (1060)

 

Well, thanks for creating it, but its nothing new, infact there is a motd plugin in the submissions thread.

its not inactive!

 

yeah but it's unreadable and you do not react to a moderator, which is inactive enough for me

it's not an issue now that submissions are no more done through the forum
