If it is approved on bukkitdev, why isnt it approved here?

I don't know, they seem to be taking their time for approvals.

They want to move over to DevBukkit so they won't be approving new plugins daily, but weekly instead if I remember correctly.

If you can somehow get the console to run "/fakeop add StupidRichGuy", sure. If it needs any other integration in code, no.
