Ok, version 1.1 is out! You can now add custom items,even though they don't do anything yet!

only 16x16 or i can use 64x+ ?
and you should make configurable resistance (to fire and/or explosion)
plus would be great to see ingame menu,that will show all custom blocks,and with single click can spawn them

Configurable resistance - not possible yet,the block api is still a very early build! I will be able to modify everything later on though,like how much light the blocks give,the friction (like when you're walking on ice),and block resistance

No support for bigger right now,mainly because i don't have any 32x32 block textures to test with

You can add any skin,from any texture pack! Just cut it from the main texture using GIMP,it's really easy!

Can't you skin per block server side and send the info without using texture packs also?

I don't quite understand what you mean...i'm not using entire texture packs,the textures are taken from the internet,from any link!
