Which CB build you have?

This is a great mod, really usefull on a server. I had two problems though, one when i jail people the command i put into the config doesnt get used, im guessing im not putting the command in correctly, the command i want to use it /handicap. Maybe i need to write /handicap player or somethign with other punctuation. And the other problem was that the signs dont show anything when i jail someone. Assistance is greatly appreciated.
Also there are no errors in the console.

P.S just noticed that the wolves don't do any damage either

Today i had a problem, because whem player is jailed and when he want's to escape wolf's are attacking not only jailed player, but all players . There is a lot of wolf, few houndred
There is a mees beacuse serwer start lagging, and there is no option to disable these wolf's, even when jailed player is relesed.

Same problem, but I'll try to explain it a little better because previous poster's English and spelling is a mess.

Using Jail v2.0.4 with Minecraft v1.0.0 and CraftBukkit dev build v1575.

We jailed a player but someone had accidentally left the door opened, so he tried to escape. Upon doing so, he was attacked by dogs, but not the usual 2 or 3 that usually appear. Instead, a couple of hundred appeared out of nowhere, completely covering the place. The server started getting pretty laggy because of the huge concentration of them in one area. Once they began to spread out things started to settle down. But now we've got masses of dogs everywhere.
A few of us cut sick and tamed a whole heap. I've got about 60.

Anyway, looks like this might need to be fixed.

Just thought I would say that this is for 1337. That might be your problem.

@thedyingcamel You need to use command without /. Also, this executes command as console, so try running command from server console first to make sure it works.

the jail stick doesn't seem to work for me, everything else does though and I get no errors.
it is enabled in the config and permissions are given

If you weren't jailed but you try to destroy the jail or place blocks in it, it tells you that you gained some more minutes in jail but it doesn't jail you,
and please do that it sets your gamemode to 0 when you are jailed

Try to use a plugin like CommandBook with the /butcher command to kill all mobs at once.

When i set the jail cells and jail someone all he can do is look at the direction I was looking at when I set up the spawn point in the cell and stand in that same place, every movement from the block or with the camera gets him another 30 minutes of jail, or it just spawns wolves all the time. Please help.

Getting this when using Spout. Bukkit 1.0.1 RB, and latest Jail as of this posting.

When I jail someone and i release them they can not run. Can you fix this in the next update

Hi, I have a question about this plugin.
If I install this plugin and the craftbukkit server startup it goes well I log in and type/createjail then I get the message: Sorry, you are not allowed to do that!
How can this because I am admin and have the premissionsex installed?

I want to let the moderators and Admins use it but not default players.

Sometimes it says /jail [name] (time)... and so on, even though i write exactly what i'm supposed to. Then i have to reinstall the plugin! Help please?

You have to log in and out again. Then you can see what is supposed to be there

No, just do /.

Sorry didn't quite understand but should I just delete all the current default ones and replace it with /. ?

One more thing, if I set the time for 1 day (1440 min) do the player have to be online on my server for 1 day or will the time become less even if he's not online on my server?

He must be online by default, but you can enable offline counting in config.

Jut add "/" entry to prevented commands.
