    Server Registration
    Installing the plugin
    Ways to setup your server:

Default - no changes to any configuration files. This means you do not need to change a thing in the myserver.mcbans.com dashboard.

Server Network Mode - This will make your server only accept bans from specific servers. Isolated from the rest of the system. Settings page on your myserver.mcbans.com dashboard.

Group Shares - share bans by joining a group of servers. The groups can share specific bans ( temp bans, global bans, local bans ) according to the groups settings. A group can be Public or request to join.

Ignore Servers - You can ignore all bans coming from specific servers.

Server Lockdown - very easy whitelist

Exclusions - ignore bans on a player or bans for specific reasons.

It means I can't use /ban, /votemsg or any of the commands, I tried both #231 and #232. It just echoes "/ban player" or "/votemsg msg"

Why not, you've done that before (or Essentials author did). Also, it's not just the /ban, it's also every other command in your plugin.

It's also easy to fix with priority setting.

Since other plugins include higher-priority functions as well... goodbye mcbans :/

updated to fix command line. also, use a different essentials plugin or remove mcbans, I can't test with every general plugin out there.

/ban <player> means that that crud has loaded before mcbans and so it has registered commands first. perhaps

    /mcbans ban - works?

Thanks for the update, will be upgrading it in a few. By the way is this backward compatible or do I have to use the latest CB version?

For Essentials, you can just add it to the list of disabled commands in the config.yml

I think that just disables all usage of that command? One way would be "restrict to ops" then give yourself the permission. And de-op yourself, of course.

But yeah, still conflicts with Essentials.

    Err.

If you're using MCBans you don't need the Essentials.ban and Essentials.kick permissions for the groups. Just replace it with mcban.kick/ban and you've eliminated the issue with Essentials conflicting when using Permissions.

    Problem solved.

I love this plugin but when I have it enabled its really hard to get to be able to log into my server due to the increased lag of connecting to your website, checking your db, etc, and it effectivly makes my server unusable.

Is there a setting or soemthing I am missing to increase cache? Its not caching me, and Im the server owner.. I would love for this isue to just "go away", and if I configured it wrong I would be more than happy to learn the correct way.

You really think I would go and as admin replace my global permission '*' and list all? No thanks :/

I didn't replace mine. I replaced it specifically for non-admin groups.

    Administrators retain '*' full permissions
Moderator group had essentials.kick/ban replaced with mcbans and it works just fine.
