Always day, NO rain :D Someone please help!

    Hi guys!
    I am looking for a developer to make a plugin that keeps the world at daytime and prevent rain. I do not need any configuration files or permissions. Just make it always day, and prevent rain once i install it, I have found many plugins that does this but none have been updated for 1.5! A experienced dev should be able to do something like this in less than an hour. So I hope someone out there could help me out. Thanks!

    spiderven0m Did you test the plugins that you found? Not every plugin needs an update to function.

    No rain? -- NoRain
    timelock DOES work
    so does NoRain.
