Can someone help with CommandRank

I have two problems with commandrank
1. The rankup command does not work
- I am alout to use the command but it does nothing.
- The plugin does not even go trow the list
2. You don't need any items
- With the command /cr info lvl4 it only say the price and leaves the Items empty
