I have been trying to load and paste my old spawn into a new server. Problem is every time I go to paste on the new server it messes up. But I am able to paste it on the original server without an issue. The number of blocks in your schematic file(s) may simply be too large. Takes a lot of gumption to paste anything over 500,000+ blocks. That's around the limit on my server before things start getting wonky. Try creating a new schematic, just a block or several, then //load it and //paste it back into the server, see if you still get the error or not.
