   I have serious chunk lag, when I enter the corrupted chunks, there is multiple my FPS drops to 1-3. It happens to everyone on the server.
   
   I have deleted the chunks, and regenerated them, still does not help. It is so weird, I use chunk tools but they don't detect chunk errors.
   
   What can I do?

   Do you know how the chunks became corrupted in the first place?
