Color Chat Problem

Well, recently, there was a bunch of members who wanted to use color chat, so they decided to spam it, Im using GROUP MANAGER from Essentials, I only want OP's to be able to use color chat, any help?

What plugin are you using for chat? There are permissions for that thing. You have to search for them then add them to your rank or do the negative permission node to say that they cant do a change.

The only thing I see is that Moderators have "- essentials.nick.color". .Other than that, to me, it seems like only mods should have changing colored text. If I were you, I would just add "- -essentials.nick.color" to all the groups that you don't want to be able to change color and hope that works. Deny all the ranks that you don't want the ability of doing so rather than allowing one group to do it.

groupmanager isnt a chat plugin. it hooks to one. most likely its essentialschat.jar in your case, in which point negate or remove node essentials.chat.color.
