CommandNPC Help (Like Mineplex)

Hello!

So I know how to make npc's, but I want them to be able to have commands. Like if you right click them you can join survival games arena 1 or spleef. So the npc plugin I use is citizen, and if anyone can give me a plugin link that allows npc's to have commands, please link me, also, please state a command on how to use that plugin. Meaning like how do I give npcs a command with that plugin.
