Is it that Bukkit isn't compatible yet? Or am I doing something wrong? Yeah, this has probably been answered 1000 times, but what does "Connection Lost, End of Stream." mean? When i login to the running server with Bukkit, has Bukkit does bukkit still need to be updated to be compatible with the latest version? I was having so much trouble setting it up being the noob I am, I finally set it up and now I can't login to my server. Any help would be GREAT! P.S It's 2am and I am very tired, please excuse my terrible English at this time.

Not being rude, stating the fact your not giving us any information. Everything is in those links, if you took the time to read them. Server version? Minecraft version? What CB build u trying to use? You provide nothing, so we answer with...well nothing.
I am using Windows 7, I have got the entire server running, it says it's running I have run servers before and they have worked perfectly this way. I have tried running as localhost and on hamachi. I am POSITIVE i set the IP to the correct one and haven't made a single typing error. I am very certain I have the up to date Bukkit as I downloaded it from wikipedia, but if I am missing the latest version, then that will make me look stupid, but I'm fairly sure I am not. Everytime I go to multiplayer put my hamachi IP or put localhost, it keeps on coming up with "Connection Lost, End of Stream." I have tried everything. Is that what you wanted to know? Or was that not enough? Please tell me what I'm missing out on.

This would be your craft bukkit build. Which build are you using? When you start your server it will give out "This server is running Craftbukkit version.......blablabla" Tell me what the number is in b###jnks Assuming your using 684 since you say you dont know what a build is, your probably downloading the most recent recommended build, that being 684 which is NOT 1.5_02 compatible, it is 1.4_01 compatible. There is NO recommended build for minecraft 1.5_01 however in the meantime while we wait there have been non recommended builds released. Use [714] instead: http://ci.bukkit.org/job/dev-CraftBukkit/714/artifact/target/craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

Your using build 684. That is not a recommended build for 1.5_02 That is for server 1.4_01 Also your MC: 1.2 ... shouldnt that be 1.4/1.5 You need to download latest server: http://www.minecraft.net/download/Minecraft_Server.exe?v=1303664814297 and download 714 build of CB http://ci.bukkit.org/job/dev-CraftBukkit/714/artifact/target/craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar - but remember [714] isnt stable so dont expect plugin devs to update their plugins untill an RB comes out.
it says hes using MC1.2 ... isnt that an outdated server... i could be wrong. either way 684 not good with 1.5_02 download 714 instead

Guys, I am STILL stuck and I was 100% sure I had figured it out! Basically what I did, was made a server with the things Minecraft gives you, then I added the RUN.bat from the Bukkit server plus, plugins folder and the craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT jar file. I still get the same ole thing going on "Connection Lost, End of Stream." maybe I'm missing something, but how exactly do I update the Bukkit to make it the right version because I tried the links Andrew gave me, and they're exactly what I have, god, I have the worst luck ever... LOL
Actually no worries guys, I worked it out, well I didn't work it out, but it worked itself out somehow, dont ask how I wish I could explain lol! BUT THANKS ANYWAY ^-^
