hmm... maybe it prevetns you from opening .exe files from the web? I'm sorry, but since no one else has had a problem with it, it may be a virus on your computer that infected it as soon as you downloaded the installer. I suggest you run a full system scan with Norton to check your computer, and I'll do the same with Trend Micro

it says that everything is okay but ill think until my friend comes from philiphines cause i think he knows how to setup it manually. good try tough i would use this if i could get it working sadly i wont

how do i use the launch craftbukkit app on my descktop

i install the bukkit but when i try to open the server it says:

at net.minecraft.server.statisccollector.clinit source file:5
and something like that

what happens?

i have java 1.6,minecraft 1.7.3 and windows xp

I'm not sure exactly, but since it's to do with the minecraft server, and you haven't had the problem before, it might be a Vanilla Minecraft problem

After you've set it up, just launch the server and you can play

You can't use single player mods with CraftBukkit. Use the plugins available for craftbukkit instead: http://plugins.bukkit.org/

I was wondering how i could use my server using a domain instead of an I.P. address?

Every time i try and launch craftbukkit it comes up with " 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Press any key to continue..." when i do press any key it closes. i downloaded your premade easy way with everthing already done. please help!!!!!

I am using Windows 7, 64bit, I can't check what version of java I have because the command prompt gives me the same error I am currently asking how to fix. Also I installed Craftbukkit into a folder on my desktop.

Download Java from java.com and see if it works

I already had it installed but I reinstalled it and I get the same message.

Is it installed into your C:drive or another drive?
