Thanks so much it works now ^.^ (MY LAPTOP DOSENT HATE ME ANYMORE)
No that doesn't work..
So I did realize the problem was the server being down but now the launcher refuses to load any plugins and it's not actually loading the craftbukkit.jar I'm not sure how to fix this and would appreciate some assistance. Whenever I launch the batch file is starts a new world called "world" with a random seed instead of the world we'd already made and transferred into the folder for it to load.
fiddling around with craftbukkit for a hour. cant get it to download the right files.
and thenm i come upon this.
Fucking brilliant Sir!!!
I'm not quite sure, but there are a few things you should check.
Make sure the launcher is inside your server folder.
If your world is named something different, open up server.properties and change the "world" tag to the name of your world.
If these won't work, pm me with a few more details and I'll see what I can do.
Try restarting your router then. Something else may have mapped itself to the bukkit port and won't shut down, so try restarting the router to clear it out. If that won't work, try using a different port.
I've already restarted it millions of times, and I've tried slamming my keyboard and it doesn't work(to get a random port)
okay, would you like some help over teamviewer?
Ok, how would you like to proceed?
Pm me your details, and I'll see what I can do.
When are you online?
He just came back from va-ca so just be patient. :3
try tomorrow, at the exact time you sent me this reply. I'm helping my dad do some "self renovating" so I can't do it today.
I've already made my server and it is running. But when I try to connect it just wont connect. Is there a special ip or am I doing something wrong
The ip you need to use is "localhost" or "localhost:25565:"
i've download the installer and i want to know how i put plugins and maps in the server
sorry for bad english i'm brazilian
putting plugins in is easy, download them from http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/
and place them in the plugins folder in your server folder.
To get maps on the server, copy the map into your server folder and rename it to world.
i cant figure out the ip
I get the error
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class.org.fusesource.jansi.internal.Kerne132
redownload both java and craftbukkit
perdon pero como se le agrega modloadermp ??? porfa
No voy a añadir modloadermp al paquete, pero se puede hacer. Usted tendrá que llegar desde el Foro de Minecraft sin embargo.
Usando Google Translate
Hey im having trouble with my loader it is saying: The system cannot fund the path specified. 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Press any key to continue . . .
Did it twice, doesn't work...(redownloading both)
Use the -nojline option or install Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable.
