I don't believe it, dropbox still has me under temp ban. Frustrating, because I'm too busy to go through and fix all the links right now. Took me forever patching issues with Inno IDE not accepting download links without extensions.
On the other hand, I whipped this up to help me fix Drive links into direct download links for use with the installer. I could do it manually, but time is key, and it has future use. Plus it looks cool :p

Don't worry isn't nothing massively wrong when your on operator panel you have to click run installer and let that work it's magic but unfortunately the installer cant download the necessary files at the moment due to a dropbox error. Download video below about the installer. Hope this helps ;P

Indeed, it's good to see the program (can now be downloaded again) but it's the same old problem when we are trying to download it says Sorry, the files could not be downloaded....

Yup, the installer is completely broken which is a bummer because I am building a computer to host a server on and I want to use this software. Is there anything like this anywhere else?

ETA for problem to be solved: Two hours (got to do something else for an hour now, then I will dedicate an hour to fixing this).
Also, for those who have already used this to set up a server, please re-download once I get it up and running. I will post a message once its ready.
EDIT: Encountered errors with INNO not accepting file url's with no extension (Drive :/), so I'm going to have to compile in Visual Studio. The target of tonight is no longer reachable, so tomorrow night it is (25 hours from time of writing this)

My friend told me to post here the problems I'm having with it. When i first load up the Operator Panel, the first error message shows up. After I select "Ok." The second error message pops up.

First Error Message: Bukkit Operator Panel - "Do not run the server using this GUI on this Launch! please move this launcher to the same folder as your server and try again. If this is the first time you have run this program, make sure to run the installer, then restart the GUI and follow the above warning. The correct directory to place this file will be below:
    Place this file here: "

Second Error Message: Microsoft .NET Framework - "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit, the application will close immediately.
Unable to connect to the remote server."

Then (Oh yes, there's more) If I ignore the first two errors and just continue on through I start the Installer. The Installer continues as if nothings wrong, but after the download has run all the way through, as I assume normal, It pops up with a third error message.

Third Error Message: Setup - "Sorry, the files could not be downloaded. Click 'Retry' to try downloading the files again, or click 'Cancel' to terminate setup."

If I try to run the Installer again, the same error message will pop up. If I try to move around through the operator and click other things, such as open instructions, Launch Server, etc. An error similar to the second one pops up, but instead at the bottom of it saying "Unable to connect to the remote server." It says "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: path1."

xD please help? Sorry for the bother. :3 Thank you.

The Installer isn't the only problem, however o o I actually did read your message xD And I'm fine waiting on that. But are the previous error messages I had also related to the installer issue? They seem separate.

The first two issues are to be expected, since it does a check with dropbox on launch, and also because it needs a path to access when you open it. That's why it asks you to run the installer (error 1), and the second error means its trying to connect to dropbox to check for updates.
I've fixed the installer, however I cannot release it by itself. It will have to come as part of the operator panel, since parts of it may require .Net 4.0 to be installed.

Okay. My computer just must hate me. I've been re-downloading the operator file, now for the fourth time, and it wont let me load up the operator?
The Download of the Operator and Installer seem to work fine... I even tried using the Updated Operator, however when I try to load up the operator after its done downloading, It shows the red loading screen and then another error message pops up saying that the Panel has stopped working? It worked before when the Installer wasn't working.

did you download the new one?
@Techdezuka I'm not sure why it won't work, but try using the installer that has the prerequisites again and see if it works

Not working for me, but I'm running a virus scan. Don't think I have a virus, but I'm checking just in case.

I'm having the exact same problem as Techdezuka whenever I try to run the Operator ( the one with and without prerequisites) it tells me it has stopped working and then I tried the just plain installer it says it couldn't receive the update

nvm found out the problem. U have 1 spacing error which causes startup on 32bit computers to say "NOT ENOUGH RAM"
    what u have
    Code:
    java -Xincgc-Xmx1024M -jar "%~dp0craftbukkit.jar"
    PAUSE
    what it should b
    Code:
    java -Xincgc -Xmx1024M -jar "%~dp0craftbukkit.jar"
    PAUSE
just my opinion the space between "-Xincgc -Xmx1024M" it came with the not enough ram error
put a space there and it started up fine ^o^. nice installer otherwise
