   but i came back to my original problem. THe ser doesn't accept my plugin.yml. why?

   Fixed
   i have to put the plugin.yml into the subdirectory ressources... sigh
   no tutorial told me that. just said into the src folder.

   Actually the plugin tutorial on the bukkit wiki does say it belongs in the sub-directory.
   You must have missed it. ^_^
