Custom Simple Fix Items

So this plugin is simple here is a image it describes it all​

I want perms so i can change the cool down on there /fix or /fix all​

so it would go like fix.30 the 30 will we as in 30 min and we can set it to anything same thing for fix all fixall.24 I want a customizable prefix and text colors its simple please code it​

 

The ./fix will just fix one item enchant and unenchanted and the /fixall will fix all that they are wearing and in the inventory

 

./fix and /fixall with fix items that are enchanted and unenchanted

 

I want it just to fix the items and customizable so it can be like the image

 

Ok when they type /fix it will fix the item such ash armour it will bring it back to the full durability same for /fixall but with fixall it will do the entire inventory and the armour there wearing.
