Customable Fly

Suggested name: Fly

What I want: I'd like a plugin that lets you use /fly but when you turn it off you will take fall damage.

Ideas for commands: /fly

Ideas for permissions:
fly.fly = you can fly.
fly.avoidfall = You don't take damage when falling

When I'd like it by: Saturday

Extra:
I can make this plugin, but my computer is refusing to launch Eclipse, I just need this because I could not find a plugin that just does this.

You should get essentials! Essentials has a lot of useful stuff you can use!

 

But he wants only one feature, and its fly.
