I'm sorry, but if you actually want to learn how to code, you shouldn't copy paste code from PogoStick's tutorial.

 

If you read your error you can see the error is a NullPointerException at

1. java.lang.NullPointerException
2. at me.rw_craft.elitemctntwars.ArenaManager.Setup(ArenaManager.java:23)

Now to solve that you just need to simply go to the code at the point it tells you there is an error and see whats could be Null at that point.

 

PogoStickDev doesnt know where he is talking about. He might look good but he is just bad :/
Also copy and paste wont get you understand java
