The name of this forum can possibly be misleading, so here's the clarification.

BukkitDev (dev.bukkit.org, the CurseForge service where plugins can be uploaded) help or feedback-related threads go here.

Bukkit dev (or plugin development) questions and issues are to be posted in this forum. It's a win/win situation. This forum will be more relevant and your questions will be looked at by more relevant users.

Also, Bukkit problems (with the server, not the BukkitDev site) should go over here.
