I think what we need here is a video showing how to install iConomy and how to use it ingame. I feel a lot of people really like this, but don't know how to implement it properly ingame.
Hi Nijikokun, To establish a properly functioning economic system I really need a way to collect tax. This could be done on a basis of taxing every transaction at a fairly low 3-4%. I'd like to know if you would look into implementing this, I think it's fairly basic and could be entered into the base Iconomy system. Thanks!

Umm whenever someone goes broke (Money 0) and they rejoin the server, they get the money back that was set in starting-balance.. is that a known bug?
I believe CraftBukkit 200-202 broke this. I can use /money, and /money ?, but anything else brings up an error.

Will this eventually have dynamic pricing of items similar to the hMod version or is that beyond the scope of this plugin? Maybe could be a plugin like iStock?
Is there a way to create a server account balance? I tried just adding a player name "Server=0" to the accounts.flat but when I try to give it money it just says Player does not have an account.
your api is a bit off, how would I go about using the hooked.java file now? or am I being stupid? because that is possible too.

i must be missing something here.. why when i sell stuff everything sells for 1 dollar. i was expecting to see a items config file with all items and there pricing but i dont see anything like that.. how do i change what an items worth?
Is anyone working on a Trading post plugin? I'm thinking something like this You plunk down a chest Fill it with something (cobble for this example) Put your price on a sign above it (like 64 cobble for 5 coins) Customer arrives and decides they want some cobble They right click on the sign 5 coins get deducted from the customers account and deposited into the sellers account. 64 cobble gets moved from the chest to the customers inventory. Simple eh? Any thoughts?
Installing this plugin now. In iConomy.settings; the section '# Money [take/give] Intervals' What time unit is the intervals measured in, so if I wanted money to be added once a day how would I go about that. Also, do the players need to be online to collect money?
For permissions, it is a seperate addon called Permissions 2.0 under plugin releases. Just install that one properly and then this mod will work. Now as for this mod working, I guess you could say that, but some of the functions just dont work for me, and others have wierd output. Is this working properly for everyone else?
This is not a sign shop, shop, trade, auction, or any plugin like that. It only handles currency and transations. It's intended purpose. Now, with that aside. If you have an actual error relevant to the functionality of this plugin, post the information. Please don't post "It doesn't work". That helps nobody. Maybe If I write this big enough, you will read it. Because, it seems nobody does.
I don't know if this was I don't know if this was directed at me, but I never suggested this was anything more then it is, I simply asked if anyone was working on an add on for iconomy that would provide the service I described.
