Try and use a DropBox download or something similar, so unregistered users can grab the download But it sounds good. Make sure you do a ChangeLog, description and change the Title to.. [ECON/FUN] BuyEnchantment [BukkitVersion]
It's no problem, I'm not Staff so you don't have to listen to me, but Staff will come in here soon and say something similar It looks like a nice plugin!
At the top right of the thread, there should be a link called thread tools, and edit title inside that
