Thanks, real time stocks are coming soon! Basically, when you create your company, you choose an area, for example, Manufacturing, then, a real time Manufacturing stock is associated with you company and your stocks rise and fall according to the rise and fall of the actual stock. There are going to be 6+ real-time stocks being used.

Yeah on bukkit.org (its fine on dev) it updates every 2 weeks or so, so go to the dev page for up to date info, sorry for the confusion.
