Enchant Glow Toggle

Suggested name: GlowToggle

What I want: A plugin that can toggle an enchanted item's glow using commands.

Ideas for commands: /glow reload - reloads the plugin
/glow noglow - turns off the glow for the item in your hand
/glow glow - turns on the glow for the item in your hand (doesn't necessarily have to be an enchanted item)
/glow off - turns enchant glow off for all items in the world
/glow on - turns enchant glow on for all enchanted items in the world

Ideas for permissions: glowtoggle.player - whether /glow on or off can be used
glow.player - whether any of the other /glow commands can be used (default to ops only)

When I'd like it by: Whenever

You can use EnchantmentAPI to do this (I think). Actually, Use NBTEditor. I know there are a few more features than you need, but there is a feature where it just adds the glow effect.

timtower It is possible, but you have to remove the enchantments, add custom lore and fake the effects
