Error While Logging Into a 1.7.4 Server Received String is Longer Than the Max Allowed

    When I log onto a server I'm receiving this error message:
    The server is on 1.7.4 and I'm on 1.7.4 when I attempt to join.
    Is there anyway to fix this on my end, or would I have to wait for the servers admin to reinstall a new .jar file?

    Some plugin is displaying a too long string somewhere (player list, scoreboard etc). Remove plugins 1 by 1 to find what plugin is causing it, and fix it by contacting the developer or editing its configurations, if any.
