What do you mean by "make permissions"? Do you want us to code permissions into these plugins for you? They already have their own. Or are you asking for someone to somehow setup permissions for your server? Either way, there are a bunch of things wrong with what you're asking and if you want anyone to really help you, even though this is the place where you request actual whole plugins, you need to elaborate more and actually describe what trouble you're having and how we can help.
Yeah guys go ahead and use my copy and paste, I dont really mind its not copywrited or anything. @np98765 you may want to fix the 'Hot' though, Ill be the only one to use 'hot' permissions.
I know he is twelve but I'm going to be harsh here. You shouldn't be a server admin if you have no idea how to set up a simple perms file. If you can't do that then I can't imagine the quality of the server. Maybe join some other servers before making your own, and learn how to do it first.
