This is a good plugin you got here, however, a good idea would be to use player.sendblockchange() instead of actually setting the block.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've updated the github source and the plugin. I had forgotten about that and you're right it's much more efficient, thanks

Good for you but I really didn't see the point in adding permissions support for this plugin. This is the type of thing that every player should be able to use.

True, but I also think Permissions would be good because this would be a nifty idea for a VIP rank - gives them more reason to donate and be a VIP.

A good solution to not being able to use the Flashlight plugin anymore. Can you make it also set the block the player is looking at to glowstone?

Also, since you are using player.sendblockchange(), what does this look like to other players? Are you sending the changes to everyone or just the player using the nightlight?
