Not true and misleading, every time you kill an Ender Dragon it spawns a portal. This portal overwrites blocks. It does this every time. There is currently no way to modify a plugin to stop this until events are put in to call for portals being created unless you directly modify the CraftBukkit source itself.
@CainFoool is it possible to select what kind of blocks the ender dragon can and cannot destroy? like it can destroy leaves and logs (aka fire)?
