[FUN] blXP 0.3.5 - Sign XP banks / send XP to player. [1.4.7-R1.0]

    blXP - Save XP with signs and send XP to another player + more.

    Version: 0.3.5 for Bukkit 1.4.7-R1.0.

    blXP allows players to save XP using "XP Bank" signs and send XP to another player by command, including support for disabling monsters xp and items drops near monster spawners. This is my first public plugin, feedback is always welcome :)

    Small update, please vote and give your opinion at new blXP Lite poll => http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/blxp

    This would not replace blXP, but offer more simpler version of it.
