What Is ItemDisplay?
ItemDisplay is a plugin for you to create displays and showcases. What is it good for? Organizing your chests, furnaces, or just showing off your marvelous diamond items, or maybe just to add some details to your buildings.

What it does?
It lets you put items on ground without anybody being able to pick it up, burn or explode them. It does not put your item into the ground, that is just a copy of th original item, so you can make as many as you want with just one item.

How do I use it?
You have two commands:
/itemd on - lets you create display by left-clicking any block.
/itemd off - turns off the display mode.

What Do I Need To Use It?
You need the permission:

itemdisplay.*

To Do List:
-Add a configuration file
-Add a in-game list of items near you
-Leave your suggestions

Bugs:
-Closing the server inappropriately will cause the items to vanish or be able to pickup so beware.

How do you get rid of a showcased item?

How do u remove a showcased item??

make it a shop too ! just like the plugin Showcase it would be awsome !

i like the plugin and its simplicity but ive had problems where it duplicates the item or an item gets placed in a awquard place and it cant be removed.Also if one of the errors occured it would spam the console. please help :3

This looks great, but working it is hard, eg, if i skrew up one, and use /itemd delete <id> , it will delete it, however it doesnt change the ids in itemd list, meaning that if i deleted one before i places another one, the ACTUAL id will be 5, but in /itemd list, it will say 6, and if i deleted 2 before i place a new one the actual id will be 5, but it will show 7, etc. This is really anoying, please fix asap!!! Its also hard for my players, and could you use /itemd list all (lists ALL your itemd's, not just near), and /itemd list <player>, and /itemd list all <player>

When i have placed an item, i cant remove it again, whye?

All you need to do is hold Shift and left-click.

I have a suggestion.

My server is run in creative mode. When we attempt to place an item, the block below breaks because we insta-break blocks. We work around it by going into survival mode with /gm .. but it gets very tedious.

Would you be able to modify the plugin so left clicking does not damage the block?

Nice, but there is a bug I found. If you drop an item onto the block with a item display already, it makes it so you cant pick that up.

Would you please add showcases where you can buy items?
(finite and infinite).
Since showcase from narrowtux became outdated, I have been searching for a new showcase plugin.
However, only displaying items is unfortunately not enough for me.
Please try to introduce such economy features.

When I use the commands /itemd and /itemp I get a message saying "An internal error occurred while attempting to preform this command" i'm using the most recent plugin version 1.3.1

Yea same here Cody and sometime the item and everytime i type /itemd it says /itemp delete then ill type /itemd delete 3 or whatever and ill get the error message

Umm, I am expiriencing some errors, sometimes people can pick up the items. Also I can't delete a show case it says there is a Internal error. Please fix

minecraft 1.3.1 is my bukkit form... i run the plugin and do /itemd on and i get an internal error??? plz help

Also, when you /reload or restart the server, will the items still be there?

I noticed a little problem when deleting items, I'm using the newest version 1.3. If you delete the item from the showcase by sneeking and leftclicking, you get the item on the showcase back in your inventory, this way you can easily duplicate diamonds and other things.

When I Do The Command /itemd it dosent say /itemd [onff] like the video shows it just comes up with item delete, Has Anyone Elce Come With This Problem Or How Can I Make It Work Please Reply ASAP!!!!!!!!!
