HELP! I can't access my bukkit Server

i transfered my bukkit server to a stronger computer by usb, now it doesnt work. do i have to load everything again?

 

What does it say when you open it.

 

You'll need to ensure basic needs for running a server are met on that other computer.

Proper Java files need to be there.
Environment path if not calling jar path directly.
Port forwarding for that systems router assigned IP.

well i think it opens fine. but when i try to connect to the server it says it cant connect.

 

If the server is on the system you play on, connect with IP: 127.0.0.1

If the server is on a different computer but it's on your (router) network, you need the router assigned IP for the server system. Check your router config for DHCP assigned address OR go to the system the server is on and from command prompt (windows search/run: cmd) type: ipconfig
Your router assigned address will be the IPv4 address. (192.168.x.x)
Use that to connect to your server if it's on your network.

If the server is not on your network and not the computer you use then it's most likely a port forwarding issue.
