Solved HELP WITH PERMISSIONS

I need help for a simple permission plugin compatible with iChat. I need the jar file compatible with Bukkit 1.3.1 R0 and a sample of Groups.yml and User.yml

Thanks to anyone which is fear enough to give me help!

 

PEX, Permissions, bPerms, GroupManager and even the built in Bukkit permissions! Just search and you will find!

 

Group manager has groups.yml and users.yml

 

Already tried Group manager! My server did not detect it. To be honest, I know how to configure permissions.

Permissionsbukkit... Already tried. Dunno if I did not set it correctly, but iChat did not work. And even if I had the permission '*', I can't set the time! But when I type 'plugin', I see it in green! A sample (With good syntax) would be very useful

Tsurugi21 try PermissionsEx tool under the tool section or use bpermissions.
