help with Server,permissions,dynmap,

as the title sugests i need help with permissions , my server and dynmap.


server: I need help as i am new to making my own server and i have seen many servers and always wanted to be the top man of them well now i want to try but atm i need help with making it (building) and running , atm its only running when im online as i dont have a server pc as of yet but saving up for one so that it is up 24/7.


permission: I need someone that can wright the code for me for all the plugins i will use in my server i am not good at code unfortunatly and i need the groups and so on setting up me as admin oviasly .

dynmap: I am haveing a few problems with this one i want it to work badly as when i get my gf to set up a websight for my server i want this to be on there as a verual map.

I am in the uk just so you all know.
