Solved Hoppers and tile-entities

I am having a problem with hoppers not transferring items into a tile-entity (chests, dispensers, etc).

A hopper will gladly put an item into another hopper, but if it tries to put it in a chest, it just doesn't. I have put a hopper into a hopper, and with VoxelSniper no-physic changed the hopper into a chest, and the items go into it. I have tried to find the plugin that is causing this. No Luck.
