you seem to have installed the wrong version of java. (itanium?) uninstall all java versions from control panel go get the windows x64 one Java Download (any version) click jre under the big java button
That happily didn't work, I still got the same error message. Although im not a programmer or anything. It looks like it could be an issue with my processor maybe?
I do not run my server on windows but you could try to do an absolute / real path to your craftbukkit .jar file, instead of using the %bindir% .
http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp there you test if your java is working. If not there are guides to help you since it is not an error in bukkit then.
