How do I install a regular smp mod with bukkit?

I'd like to install a regular SMP mod with bukkit. How do I do it?

The mod in question is ClaySoil -- http://stealthware.co.uk/articles.php?article_id=4

If it cannot be added, then my next question is: Can someone make a mod for bukkit where digging dirt (grass and mycellium included) generate clay balls, 0-2 per block, at a rate of approximately 12 balls per 64 dirt blocks? (That's the observed rate for that mod in SSP).

(Clay is too hard to get in minecraft 1.2.5, and a lot of soil really does have a high clay content. And 3 clay blocks per stack of dirt isn't excessive.)
