hey, does anyone have a link to a page or would like to help me learn how to develop a plugin? i googled it and youtube'd it but no luck. i could not find any pages here, on bukkit, either. any and all help would be great. thanks for taking the time to read and/or respond to this.
Use this tutorial. You should have prior knowledge in Java. If you need to learn Java, I would buy a book.
My problem with video tutorials is that I want to see the code being written. Also, I hate having to skip around and keep buffering the video if I want to see what was going on earlier. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what they are saying, unless they are enunciating it very well. Hence, I prefer books.
Well as Sushi said you should read this tutorial - I learnt making plugins with it in one day, well it looks like it is good place to begin.
