How i can increase the ram of my bukkit server

    My friend hosts a bukkit server, the server runs perfectly, but it's laggy there . We want to increase the ram of the server, he uses this code : @ECHO OFF
    java -Xincgc -Xmx1G -jar craftbukkit.jar
    PAUSE

    His PC ram is 8 GB and he wants to host the server with 3 GB. If you know how to increase the ram, write below :) Thanks !
