How to add/remove Permissions to a player

Hello everybody.

I want to give / remove permission after a player click on an item.

I added this permission : dev.starting

and i want, when the player CLICK on a block in a Custom Inventory that remove the permissions
dev.starting
and after that add permission: dev.second
