   what are your current plugins? this is most done with permission plugin + chat plugin, then setting prefix on permission plugin.

   Using Essentials ChatColors use & and a number 0-9 or a letter a-f. an example:
   /nick Jblanda &2Jeff
   that would give me a green Jeff
