How to make a NMS Wither?

    I have spent a lot of time looking though the withers code, but I can not find a way to control withers. I now that they are not a simple entity to control though NMS. I am trying to make so I can control where they walk (Note not to another entity but rather a chunk) I am also trying to change what they target. Any help would be great, as I am completely stumped.

    fireblast709 I believe I know how to do that, but I am confused as to how to change what they target.
